A Lil Bout Me...

Hey Sis,

Welcome to the beginning of a beautiful journey - my brand-new blog! I'm delighted that you've decided to join me here. You know, it's 1:27 a.m., a time when dreams whisper the loudest, and here I am, turning a long-held dream into reality. There's something undeniably divine about this moment. Just like Ms. Jill Scott “sangs” out, I'm embracing this freedom, right here, right now!

So, who am I? Man, that's a big question. I'm a tapestry of experiences, roles, and passions. First and foremost, I'm a mom to two incredible, nearly grown daughters and a Yeye (that’s grandma for the uninitiated) to a wonderful grandson. Trust me, I'm still young at heart and owning my sexy AF vibe!

But wait, there's more to me. I'm a voice that echoes through the airwaves as a podcast host. I delve into the mysteries of energy as a Reiki Master, an energy practitioner, and a Qigong instructor. I explore the realms of sensuality as a tantrica. I'm an entrepreneur with my online shop. In my world, being a lover, friend, confidante, and survivor are badges I wear with pride. My heart beats to the rhythm of my ancestors' stories, and I'm always buzzing with high-energy affirmations and motivation. And now, I'm adding 'blogger' to this eclectic mix!

This blog is more than just words on a screen. It's a gateway to exploring the mind-body-spirit connection and integration. Here, I'll share my journey with tarot, a tool that has helped me uncover layers of wisdom and insight. Expect stories of how these mystical cards speak to me and guide me on this path.

I'm also deeply passionate about intuitive development. We all have an inner voice, a guiding light, and I'm here to share how I've honed mine. Whether it's through meditation, mindfulness, or simply tuning into the universe's subtle signals, I'll be diving into it all.

My Transformation and Growth in “2023”

Hey Sisters,  I hope everybody’s taking care of themselves, Mind Body & Spirit, because that’s what it’s all about without one of those things in integration. There is no balance. Maybe you just coming out of some dark times and into fresh new energy or maybe it’s the other way around. Either way, you get an opportunity to create some direction for the new year. My new year will be spent and reflection in spiritual inventory. No real big plans of getting together with large groups that’s not for me at the end of this cycle. Balm for the Soul: Healing Without Hurry or Hindrance

  Healing is Not for the Faint-Hearted Photo by Jay Castor on Unsplash One thing that I’ve discovered is that healing has no expiration and there are layers to healing. I remember, at the beginning of my healing journey, at a different phase of the journey. I started tapping into my direct traumas. I was well versed in working with therapists and sufficient in energy healing. I would find myself going through bouts of sadness about the trauma I had experienced and that pain would shift to gratitude for clarity and understanding, and then eventually that feeling or memory of the traumatic event did not exist anymore. The memory would be there, but the feeling of pain would not. The sadness would slowly subside, and eventually, I even learned to have compassion for other people through the relatedness of their experiences. it was as if I was not seeing through the eyes of the same trauma and the shift allowed room and space for connecting to others, at least from a relatability perspect
